3.1  This privacy policy sets out how la Concordia uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this Website.

4.1  We will collect and store information about you, which will be given to us by you as part of our initial discussions and at any other time whilst we are making Travel Arrangements for you.

4.2  Data security is of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to ensuring information we collect from you is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and offline.

4.3  In order for us to make Travel Arrangements on your behalf we may need to disclose certain information (e.g. passport details, date of birth, nationality, credit card details etc.) to Third Party Providers in respect of booking flights, hotels, tours etc.  In addition please note that we are required to pass on your mobile and email details to many airlines in case they need to contact you prior to travel.  As part of this process, we may need to transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area.

4.4  In addition to making Travel Arrangements, we may use your information for the following purposes:

4.4.1  To provide you with information relating to our products or services.

4.4.2  To provide information on other products and services which we feel may be of interest to you.
